Is delivery available?
Absolutely. Our team provides complimentary delivery throughout Key West and Stock Island, plus the airport. Call 786-686-3622 for after-hours drop-off rates.
May I choose to collect the cart directly?
Certainly. You can visit our main shop at 5700 4th Avenue to pick up your vehicle personally.
What are the age requirements for driving?
All operators and renters must be 22 or older.
Are licensing and insurance coverage required?
Indeed. A current driver's license and active insurance are mandatory, or buy our daily protection plan for $35 by calling 786-686-3622.
What about the fuel?
Every rental begins with a full tank. We ask you to refill before returning; otherwise, a fee of $7 for every quarter-tank missing will be applied.
Do you need a safety deposit?
We don’t mandate security deposits. Full payment is due pre-delivery, or notify us at 786-686-3622 if you prefer to pay with cash upon the arrival of your cart.
Who pays for citations, impounding, or mishaps?
Clients remain fully liable for any parking fees, moving violations, towing costs, or physical damages incurred during their specific rental period.
How do I cancel my reservation?
If your schedule shifts, call 786-686-3622 at least 2 hours before your start time. Late cancellations or missing your window without notice result in a full rental charge. We appreciate your prompt communication regarding any changes to your booking.
