Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We offer free delivery anywhere on Stock Island and Key West, including the airport. After-hours deliveries may include an additional service charge.
Can I pick up the cart instead of delivery?
Yes. You’re welcome to pick up your cart at our business location at 5700 4th Avenue.
How old do I need to be to rent and drive?
Renters and drivers must be at least 22 years old.
Do I need a driver’s license and insurance?
Yes. You must have a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance, or you can purchase our coverage for $35 per day.
How does gas work?
Carts are delivered with a full tank of gas. We prefer that you return the cart full. If it’s not full at return, we charge $7 per quarter tank.
Is there a security deposit?
No, we do not require a security deposit. Rentals must be paid in full before delivery, unless we’ve agreed that you’ll pay cash at the time of delivery.
Who is responsible for tickets, towing, or damage?
The renter is responsible for any towing, parking tickets, traffic tickets, or damage to the cart during the rental period.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. Please contact us at least 2 hours before your rental start time if you need to cancel or change your reservation. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before your rental, or no-shows, may be charged up to the full rental amount.
